Shipping & Returns
The Brown Beauty processes orders in 1-7 business days from purchase date (Business days are considered Monday-Friday). Shipping and delivery can be an additional 3-7 business days from being processed. These timeframes allow us to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. (Timeframes are subject to be extended during sales, during the PANDEMIC and during holidays) If any questions or concerns may arise contact us with all order information for a detailed response to your inquiry. The Brown Beauty is not responsible for items after they are shipped out. If a lost package occurs please contact the carrier assigned to the package and file a claim. Please email us the claim information and if the carrier deems the package to be of the fault of the postal service assigned, then a resolution may occur on the behalf of The Brown Beauty LLC. We will work with postal the best we can but final conclusions will be determined on a case by case basis.
ALL sales are final. This business deals in items that will pose as a sanitation risk if returned and utilized on another customer. If you have a damaged item or defective containers, please take a photo of your packaging AND items that were an issue with a detailed explanation as to what is wrong. This needs to be submitted through our email (email@example.com) within 48 hours from confirmed date that product was delivered.
The information will be reviewed by a Brown Beauty team member and a response will be issued out with information on what to expect next during the investigation. If damage or defect was due to any fault of postal then please file a claim with the appropriate carrier and reach out to us. The Brown Beauty LLC will determine whether a refund or store credit should be issued after the investigation has begun with postal.
The Brown Beauty LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions. if any concerns or questions arise please read all ingredients lists before purchasing. Please use a patch test when using our products.(Google has videos on the various ways a patch test for an allergy can be done).
